Fierce Gentle Parenting

New Mama and Baby Community

“I believe in the messy, beautiful power of showing up together. We need each other’s support and real-talk guidance to raise our kids in a way that’s true to who they are and who we are. It’s not about getting it perfect—it’s about honoring our kids’ wild, precious selves and growing them into humans who bring more love and compassion to the world.”

— Dr. Kimber

Not able to get rid of feeling panicked?

Difficulty feeling connected to or bonding with your baby?

Sleep - how?!

Difficulty returning to feeling like yourself?

Find yourself isolating?

Can’t put your baby down for fear of him crying?

You are not alone!

We got you!

Motherhood is messy and magical. Let’s tackle it together, one step at a time!

Motherhood is a wild, beautiful ride that teaches us so much about ourselves.

Pretty quickly, I realized I didn’t fully know what I was getting into when I invited motherhood.

Brain fog - real.

Fatigue like I’d never experienced - real.

Sore nipples- real.

Feeling like a human machine - real.

Worrying I’m going to emotionally damage my baby - real.

Mama, wherever you are in your motherhood journey, know this: mothering asks you to embrace the gift of limitations as you pour your love into this new family member. Mothering well is about seeing the beauty in the present, embracing the messy parts, and knowing we’re all growing, one day at a time. So, take a deep breath, give yourself some grace, and let’s keep moving forward together.

Meet Dr. Kimber

How can you create sacred spaces in your everyday life where both you and your children feel seen, loved, and free to be yourselves? Motherhood has taught me to find beauty in the small, everyday moments—the kind that might go unnoticed if we rush through life. I've learned that love isn't about perfection; it’s in the gentle acts, like holding a crying baby close in the middle of the night or laughing with my daughter as she dreams up stories about our cat. It’s about creating a safe space where my children can be their wild, authentic selves and know they are loved unconditionally.

I’m Dr. Kimber and as a psychologist and a mother, I believe in the power of being present. My work is about fostering connection and helping others navigate the messiness of life with grace. Whether through grief programs, workshops for new mothers, or learning how to communicate with empathy, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.

I no longer strive for a perfect white picket fence; instead, I focus on building a life where love, hope, and presence are at the center. In my home, we embrace the journey of growth, understanding that it’s not about having it all figured out but about showing up, day by day, with open hearts. In this, I’ve found not only healing but a profound joy that carries me through the complexities of life and motherhood. Work with me to create a space where true delight and inner calm flourish.
